to a Lions Club near you. Please contact the Lions Club (go to 51 Clubs in District 4L6 page) you wish to join to find out what their respective membership fee is. For your information there is generally a One-Time (Entrance) Fee of $35, Lions International Fee of $50 and MD4 & 4L6 Fee of $31 plus whatever the individual Club is charging.
For family members in the Lions Clubs, the international dues are discounted by 50% for up to four qualifying family members living in the same household as a full-paying member. This means that if the standard international dues are $50 per member, each qualifying family member would pay $25.
